By downloading, installing, or using TestPrep Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App, including registered and unregistered users.
2. Use of the App
TestPrep Pro is an educational platform designed to help students prepare for competitive exams. You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purpose. You must not: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure. • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the App without written permission. • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App.
3. Account Registration
You may use parts of the App without an account. However, to save progress, access full test series, and receive notifications, you must register. You are responsible for: • Keeping your account credentials secure. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Providing accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within TestPrep Pro — including but not limited to test questions, explanations, course materials, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of TestPrep Pro or its content licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
5. Accuracy of Content
While we strive to ensure that all test questions and educational content are accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content. TestPrep Pro is a supplementary study tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of exam preparation.
6. Notifications
By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive alerts about new courses, updates, and relevant announcements. You can opt out at any time by adjusting your device's notification settings. We will not send promotional or marketing notifications from third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestPrep Pro and its developers shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. • Loss of data or test progress due to device failure, app crashes, or connectivity issues. • Exam results or outcomes, regardless of performance within the App.
8. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
